Terms and Conditions cuci3 — Guidelines Malaysia Platform

To register and use the cuci3 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration. cuci3 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country or region in which you reside.
• Not be located in a country or territory that specifically prohibits the use of online betting platforms such as cuci3.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion programme recognised by cuci3 or our partners.
• Not register on behalf of another person or as a representative of a third party without written authorisation from cuci3.

Cuci3 reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, and other supporting documents at any time to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Accounts that cannot verify eligibility within the specified period will be suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at cuci3 at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, identification number, bank account number, or device — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without compensation.

During registration, you are required to:

• Creating a strong password using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Ensuring the registered bank account details are in your own name — cuci3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a copy of your ID card or passport, and a copy of a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

Cuci3 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward new and loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on its respective promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless a promotion clearly states otherwise.
• Wagering (rollover) requirements must be fulfilled within the bonus validity period before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Never share your password, PIN, or 2FA code with anyone — including cuci3 support agents. We will never ask for this information.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of the platform after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

Cuci3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cuci3 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cuci3's control, such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party actions.
• Losses incurred due to a member's negligence in maintaining their account security.
• Any financial or personal decisions made based on information found on the platform.

In all circumstances, cuci3's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised. cuci3 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently through our official support channels.
